Hello, you purchased the JCrew Calfhair sandals from me last week. I shipped them last Thur. Our local post office had their 2 outside drop off boxes broken in to. I believe your purchase was in there. I am going to refund you your purchase. I’m so sorry that it happened.
I have a friend who works there. She does the passport applications. Hopefully she can find them.
