rosecay @tinemass987 Hi! Justine, Sorry about your disappointment with the shipping drop off. 🙏 🌹 Your order was placed on Saturday, April 2, 2022. I printed the label and packed it. Drop it off at Sendle Drop off Location on Sunday Evening April 3, 2022. The guy at the drop off location didn't scan them as I dropped off 7 parcels. He said it will be scanned tomorrow - Monday morning. I did send a complaint to Sendle customer service about it.

rosecay I sent a complaint to Sendle on Monday midday April 3, 2022. Because I can see all my 7 parcels weren't picked up yet from the drop off location. I also asked my husband to go back and tell the staff to scan them. The staff said they were scanned. Just take a while to be updated to the system also, once the courier comes the system will be updated. Anyways, it was a lesson to make sure I won't go back to that drop off location.
