styleplusgrace @justyceshae1 i have the address on the label and apartment 2B...I think Poshmark has to reissue the label so it has a new tracking number. Please make sure the address is correct on your account.

styleplusgrace @justyceshae1 I haven’t heard back from Poshmark support and I have emailed them 4 different times. The label I reprinted still doesn’t have the apartment number on it. I can’t reship with the same tracking number according to the postal service. I am going to send another email to Poshmark. I wish I could copy you on it but I don’t think that feature exists.

styleplusgrace @justyceshae1 please update your address to include the apartment number. I received a response from Poshmark asking for the tracking number which I provided. Hopefully this will be sorted out soon. The tracking information has been updated on the website so I’m hoping that when I reship it will update like normal.
