I understood however we are all here trying to save a buck. Other seller's item was brand new in plastic bag with gift as well and her customer service and shipping was impeccable. I tried to purchase from you but unfortunately you only wanted to reduce price by $2. Didn't mean to offend just looking out for my fellow posher's as well. Happy poshing!
