Hello, I saw that you said an item smelled like smoke. I would just like you to know that no one smokes in my household and all items are washed and packaged carefully before shipping. Hi. I'm so sorry but I just had to cancel your order for the Lucky shoes. When I went to pack them they both had something sticky on them. So I tried to use Goo Gone with a Q tip and, well, that didn't work out so well. What a waste. I am SO sorry!

I'm sorry you found the Patagonia to be small. It was a normal size medium (they are allowed to be washed and dried), in perfect condition, shipped same day and at a very competitive price so I was confused by your rating.
