Hi..why did you mark your order as delivered if you haven't received it yet? I shipped your package on the 14th which is well within the rules of posh mark and I have no control from that point on. Since it's only the 18th and it was just the weekend I'm sure the issue is the post office getting it to you. Please let me know when you get it..

Hi I never marked it as delivered so that's why I was confused. I thought that it was based on tracking numbers and they tracked it as delivered so I wanted to make sure it's known that I don't have it yet. I'll keep in touch
