@kjshoes I’m sorry to say I haven’t, I fell off a ladder in my shop and broke my ankle and foot. I’m going to walk my poor husband through my process. If you’d rather me issue a refund I certainly understand. Otherwise, I will get them out as soon as possible. I’m sorry this has been a bad experience for you. It’s not the norm for me...I’m actually a top seller, top rated and a mentor...I promise I’m usually on my game...
