jfrost75 hey hun I just got your package I was out of town yesterday with my son and 2 items arrived broken so I opened a case with poshmark so I could file a claim against usps because there is no reason they should be broke unless USPS man handled it I can post pics of the items for you on my page as well

I hope they don’t make you return everything since only 2 were broken. I hope you’re happy with the other items. Again , I’m SO sorry. That’s not my style. 😔

jfrost75 @sellerkr no I told them in the case that it was packaged very very well and that it's obviously a usps issue I will settle with them when they respond if it's a fair offer so I can file with USPS or they will. everything else was cute and perfect. I can't wait to display it in our glamper lol!

krissalou Hey there! Im writing to double check on the order from your closet I placed on the 25th. Its weird to me because the item I purchased is not showing up as sold and shows as still available and I know as a seller also that sometimes there are glitches. It was the bbw santas workshop projector plug in. My card was charged and I have the order confirmation email and it’s showing up in my purchases section so wanted to make sure everything was okay on your end! Thanks!
