khaholib @vespamary unfortunately I can’t give this item 5 stars. There’s an enormous tear going from the buttons to the skirt area. I want the dress but I have to get it repaired

vespamary @khaholib hey, sorry, I just saw this. Vintage house dresses weren't seamed from the buttons to just below the waist because the waist tends to be so fitted, that allows you to pull it over your hips. The fabric should overlap though to not be revealing.
