librophile Hi Nancy, I don't know what you did, but you are magic! When you said "frog," USPS jumped! WE JUST RECEIVED 16 PACKAGES DOWNSTAIRS!!! I'm assuming that one is ours. May I cancel my extra order of the cloak and/or exchange it for another item in your store, like the evil queen bag? Thank you SO SO MUCH!!! I have to be on a Zoom conference with my Mom's doctor right now (3PM Pacific) but will be available to give excellent feedback after that... <3 Lynn

luvkawaii @librophile No problem, I went ahead and cancelled the order. I am glad you received so many packages, but I am concerned at how USPS seems to be hoarding or hiding them. Happened to me too, tracking said delivered and I did not get it until 2 days later.

librophile @luvkawaii Thank you so much, I'm so sorry about doing that to you. You are so right about USPS, I think the poor service is just overwhelmed right now, but they are marking packages as delivered if they come after hours and can't deliver them, and then just drop them off the next day! Very poor customer service policy from USPS. Thank you for helping me as your PFF and customer!

pmsoannoying18 Total scammer. Never shipped item. Kept item listed for sale even though they knew they didn't have the item. Never responded to last several messages. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift but seller never even had the item to sell.
