Hi @alado313. I’d like to return the Red Willis I purchased from you. This bag has clearly been painted. I’m not sure if you realized or if this is something the refurbisher did without disclosing to you, but this bag has not been redyed and due to the painted surface cannot conditioned. The bag is also missing it’s strap and lock is broken. None of this was disclosed in the listing. I’m very disappointed.

@alado313 the paint doesn’t even match the original red, which can be easily seen as only the outside of the bag had been painted, the interior pockets and under the latch are still plain smooth leather in a different, less orangey red. The paint is rough, smelly, and still tacky in areas. If very confusing and poorly done. Had I know this was painted, I would not have purchased it. I’m really sorry to have to return this as I was very excited to have this bag. How do you want to handle this?
