poshbeachbb Hi there K! I’m so sorry about that! What’s funny is I ALMOST sent you a message asking if you meant to buy both. Sometimes people do, and yes, don’t care about paying for shipping twice. Weird, I know. Anyway, all you have to do is not accept it and open a case when you receive the second item. This way, Poshmark will send you a label for a return. I checked on it and it’s showing an Arriving Late status.

poshbeachbb It’s actually called a Problem/Order Inquiry. But when you click on that, it will allow you to begin a return. You can indicate it’s damaged or something. Just remember to NOT ACCEPT it when it arrives because if you do, there’s not a whole lot that can be done once item is accepted. You probably know all this, I just wanted to be clear. I am so sorry for not checking with you... it would have saved you all this inconvenience. ☺️
