allie_grace64 The Apple Watch I purchased from you and just opened yesterday is locked under your information and won’t let me do anything. I don’t know why postmarked completed the order when I hadn’t even received it. Could you please help me fix this? It is asking for your email and password!?

redjeep0104 @allie_grace64 I cleared it and confirmed it was reset so I’m not sure why it’s doing that. You will need to reopen a case with Poshmark. Your comment in that case said you were referring to the wrong watch when you opened the case that you were locked out.

allie_grace64 @redjeep0104 yes I purchased 2. The first one I got did the same thing and I accidentally commented on the wrong thread. Then I got yours and started to set it up last night and it’s still under your info. I can send you a picture of what it is saying. I already sent a message to Poshmark but wanted to let you know in case there is anything else you can do on your end to clear it.

redjeep0104 @allie_grace64 I’m not seeing it on my account - I have a 40mm series 8, which is the only watch it shows on my account. I took a screenshot but it won’t let me attach it. You might have to take it into Apple.

redjeep0104 @allie_grace64 I’m not sure how I was rude? I’m sorry you’re having this reaction. I didn’t sell you a watch that didn’t work. I cleared it and confirmed it was reset and blank before I shipped it. I encouraged you to contact Poshmark regarding this and haven’t heard any follow up.
