haleychelan @kirstenmarry Hello again! I’ve just spoken with Canada Post and opened a ticket (service ticket number 142614067) The agent, who was very helpful, advised he has been seeing countless packages who miss their initial scan and then pop up at the next sorting plant and are scanned. He said they are picked up daily and there has been no reports of vandalism or theft from the drop box, and would advise to watch for a scan in the next few days (likely in Mississauga Ont he said)

haleychelan Hi Kirsten, Quick update! I received an email from Canada Post today that they’re still doing an inquiry on my list item and will send additional next steps if it is not located by Sept 22nd. Again I’m so sorry. I’ll never use a Canada Post drop box again 😒😔
