owl_mama I'm sorry to hear you weren't completely satisfied with your purchase. I didn't get a notification from posh to ship your order because I only shipped 2 days later. Posh sends a reminder after 5 days. And my reason being that I shipped after 2 days vs next day was because I decided to launder them for you since they had been in storage for a while. I bleached them so they'd be extra bright and then steamed them. I guess we can't make everyone happy. 🤷‍♀️

owl_mama I just checked again and the date on the order was May 6th and I checked my email for the shipping confirmation and the package started tracking May 7th

owl_mama Thank you for the update. I pride myself on shipping very quickly so I really had to look into this and when I saw that I actually shipped the next day and it was documented, I wanted to address it. Maybe the reminder notification was sent about an item you had purchased from someone else? I did launder the pants but I'm thinking your purchase must have been made early in the day so I was able to ship out the following day.
