sapphirehearts This was the worst experience I’ve had on Posh. My order had to be canceled because you never responded to the mixup of sending me someone else’s order. I have no idea if my order was received by another person or what. HORRIBLE! What’s even more frustrating is knowing you’ve been online and just ignored it. Terrible business. I was excited to get them but now I’m blocking your store so I won’t ever accidentally purchase from you again. Do better

2ndhandstand @sapphirehearts I apologize I am trying to change my notification settings to prioritize messages because it shows me 100 notifications and I won't see when someone messages me. I just happened to notice this because it was 20th down in my feed. I'm sorry you had a negative experience. I was wondering why that package was returned.
