ninety_kicks @mdepferd I believe you're allowed to request returns on transactions 4 days after receiving the item. But I'm not sure really. May I ask why are you trying to return the item?

mdepferd I've tried to report after arrival when it asks me to confirm purchases. This site is much more difficult and confusing to navigate than ebay

ninety_kicks @mdepferd this isn't at all like ebay, but honestly, if you noticed that when you received the item like you said and had those platform contact issues, why you waited to contact me about it days after receiving the item? not sure at all what you meant by those slight tears you mention. but I always inspect the items before their posting and after the sale before it get them ship out and nothing like that was noticed.

ninety_kicks @mdepferd poshmark is quite easy to contact also, you can always go to your account section to see all your purchases and there's always a contact link refered as 'problems / order inquiry'. real sorry for your troubles.

mdepferd @ninety_kicks where can I send you pictures? I contacted postmark immediately upon arrival but never got an answer back. the pants are not flawless by any means.

ninety_kicks @mdepferd you need to contact poshmark support, the platform doesn't allow us to neither have private conversations or send pictures to each other. but go to your account > purchases > 'problems/order inquiry' and send them a message about it, they will reply you via email. it could take 24 hours tho.
