kposhcloset @kilianaa the model # is: GG3131/S 791CC G1?14 125 I added a picture of the model # in the listing. The question mark in the model number above is there because a number was worn off and I cannot read it. There is a very light scratch on the lens, but it doesn't affect the vision and its impossible to take a picture of because it's not visible when looking at the lens, it's very faint.
