I’m not sure what’s going on but I would definitely ask for refund of shipping from Poshmark. It shouldn’t take this long and when customers are paying a lot for shipping, I would hope that it is Poshmark’s expectations that it’s delivered promptly. Hope it gets to you soon!

I contacted PM on your behalf 2 days ago asking what’s going on and they wrote me back saying they are releasing the funds and assumed that you never “accepted” the package (even though the tracking clearly states it wasn’t delivered). I will reply to them that you didn’t get it and hopefully they will simply refund you. Fingers crossed.

I wish you had contacted me prior to accepting the package through Poshmark, as there is little I can do to correct the situation on my end. The gold hue was fully noted in my description, again I am so sorry you are not happy.
