poshmark_beaver Hi Kt, sorry to hear about the boots, wish you would have reached out, don’t like unhappy customers. NO I did not lie to you nor did I know about the heel coming off. I have 100% positive feedback for a reason, I take care of my customers. I already contacted Poshmark Customer Service and requested that you be refunded. I have to wait for a reply so I ask for your patience in the meantime. I WILL resolve this. Next time give the seller the opportunity to make things right.
