christinerieser Hi. I was looking for a way to private message you. I bought a NWT Lilly dress from you. It looked good, I hung it up and for the first time today I went to wear it and there is a huge hole in it. It looks like someone cut off a security tag? I know it’s been a while since the purchase but how are you going to make this right?

von_glam @christinerieser that is so odd. I usually thoroughly check my merchandise for flaws. Normally Lilly merch doesn't have security tags, but I've purchased some pallets lately, so maybe it was from an Amazon return. I'm not sure. remind me what dress it was you purchased?

von_glam @christinerieser I wish we could privately discuss this. I hate that they don't have a way to message like other forums. I'm not sure how to handle this. Lilly merch never uses tags, so I'm not sure without seeing it what happened. Was the packaging secure? what outcome are you looking for here? it's too late to do a return via posh since package was accepted. Maybe a discount on a future purchase to make up for it?

christinerieser @cannonzie I know I feel awful having to leave the message here. I believe it’s an honest mistake and don’t want future buyers to be concerned. The tear is big but was hard to see. You do carry some nice Lilly pieces and would be willing to accept a discount or whatever solution you think would work.
