I genuinely believe you are not aware of the condition however any retailer would agree these boots are highly defective and are not consumer appropriate

@kyp816 I am truly sorry for your disappointment in the boots. I know you were super excited about them. I can guarantee these are not knock offs. These were bought on 6pm.com about a year to one year and a half ago and has been sitting in my closet since. It maybe over time it deteriorated in there and I did not realize. I am not familiar with Charles by Charles David brand and not sure of their quality.

My research after seeing your message reveals that there have been a few complaints about the quality and longevity. Please post pics so I can see the damage. Again, I am sorry for your disappointment and I am sure we can come to a resolution. I take pride in my sales and my reputation on Poshmark.
