kaarind @judymcgrath Hi Judy! I’m so sorry to hear it hasn’t arrived! Tracking shows the label was printed on 2/23 (Sat), I dropped it in the mail after hours, accepted into the system and began its trek on 2/24 (Sun) ->Denver ->Des Moines ->Chicago on 2/28 and current status shows 2/29 “In Transit to Next Facility”. I don’t know what hung it up along the way. It should pop up on your doorstep!!! Kaarin
