susanmarie1029 @kps1123 I'm sorry, I wasn't being nasty, at all, you made it sound like I got a deal so I shouldn't get tags when you posted new with tags. Saying please, thank you, asking for tags before filling a claim is nasty? I don't understand your reaction at all and it's very sad to me. I was doing everything I could to make this go through without a problem.
