perfectpicks876 I’m very sorry & disappointed to hear that one of the mugs arrived damaged. I can assure you the order was carefully packaged & labeled fragile. I am having my packages picked up amid the coronavirus situation. I believe the package was roughed up during the shipping process. I am willing to do a refund for the damaged item but it is up to Poshmark. If you would like a refund plz request one through there process & plz upload pictures of the damaged item.
