kaebeadennis The Lumio book was marked as new, but was opened and shows signs of use (Pages are slightly warped when closed and when opened up all the way. the last pages are warped as well)

kaebeadennis It came an hour ago, I opened it noticed it was not new as described and that it was used. Then I messaged you. Works perfectly and nothing damaged. a. I can return (all bundle items as well) b. $20 refund (i think would be fair) or c a $25 item from your store?
