I am so sorry The Boots got damaged, I did inspected it before mailing them I will never send a damaged shoes like that to you but they're damaged and I'm sorry. you can see they're new because I buying couple boxes and they take too long to sale them and they start to damaged again I am so sorry I don't have to spend time and money to send them back just throw them away.
