nolanmain Hey there, I keep tracking your package. Something is off, the postal service took forever to scan it. What you can do in this situation is open a claim with Posh. I’m sorry for any inconvenience, the package left my house and out of almost 1,000 sales this is only the second occurrence. So disappointing, but Posh does insure packages and will remedy the situation.

krnash15 @nolanmain hello I looked through the app and it says it made it to Jacksonville Florida but there was visible damage to the box.. I’ve been checking the package too and it’s super strange that there hasn’t been anything like a delivery date on the USPS website at all. Do you mind if I give it until the end of the week then make the claim?

nolanmain @krnash15 hi there, I also did an inquiry. The response suggested waiting a couple more days and also stated not to worry because they have ways that ensure us both. I hope they make it, if not, I’ll try to get more size 10 this weekend. I only have 9’s right now. Such a bummer. If you do get them, request shipping refund, you certainly have waited more than the two days in the label.

nolanmain @krnash15 hi there have you heard anything? I received a note from USPS today saying the package was damaged and separated from label. I sent pictures to Posh. 😔. I’m so sorry for any inconvenience, so disappointed

krnash15 @nolanmain I emailed them back and let them know that it still wasn’t updated in usps and just asked where we go from here. I did that yesterday morning and I’m still waiting to hear back from them
