I'm Kai, I'm starting Koyote Thrift out of a love of classic and modern north american style focusing on western Canada. Growing up goose hunting, eating sweet grass roots, and building snow forts beside the tool shed inspired my vision of a brand that celebrates the binding experiences of this vast, haunting, enveloping, beautiful, harsh, and ever-changing land we have the great privilege to inhabit. Part of this love is ensuring our footprint remains small, preserving this land and the people it's home to for all those to come after us. Ethical consumerism is gaining traction and I believe the continued use, repair and popularization of quality things is a must. If you like these ideas, I hope you like what I continue to list.
