a_loves_m @rhiannonc77 Hey!! Don’t send payment info or any other info to emails. Everything should be done on the app. They pay on the app and poshmark takes care of emailing the buyer and customer accordingly. Don’t ever give out your number or email to anybody. And they shouldn’t give that info to you. I hope this helps!! 😀😃

highflying_chic @rhiannonc77 As soon as you have the label you need to ship. Poshmark holds the money until the buyer has received and accepted the item. So if you got the label it means the buyer has paid, you just won’t get the money until they get the order. Under the menus you can find an option that’s says Balance. It will show you what is Pending and what has been released to you, Available.

highflying_chic @rhiannonc77 if they purchased both items in the same order (which is always better because it’s only one shipping cost) then you will only get one email with a shipping label and you ship in one package. If you got two separate emails with two separate shipping labels then you ship separately. Under the Menu there is an option called Sales. It will show you one line for each other, whether the order has 1 item or multiple. You can click on it and get more details about the items in each order!

rhiannonc77 @cerrah50 yes the is the basic cost for each one here on Poshmark because they take such large % I only use high end vintage 15 jewel watches/movements so they all have several rubies thru out the design and I can add additional stones if you’d like :) I’d be happy to make an elephant 🐘 for you!!
