@rhiannonc77 Hey!! Donโt send payment info or any other info to emails. Everything should be done on the app. They pay on the app and poshmark takes care of emailing the buyer and customer accordingly. Donโt ever give out your number or email to anybody. And they shouldnโt give that info to you. I hope this helps!! ๐๐

@highflying_chic can you help me? do we ship before payment? I had a purchase and was sent a label so do I go ahead and ship? How do we get patent? Or know when itโs been paid for? ๐ thank you for your time

@rhiannonc77 As soon as you have the label you need to ship. Poshmark holds the money until the buyer has received and accepted the item. So if you got the label it means the buyer has paid, you just wonโt get the money until they get the order. Under the menus you can find an option thatโs says Balance. It will show you what is Pending and what has been released to you, Available.

@rhiannonc77 if they purchased both items in the same order (which is always better because itโs only one shipping cost) then you will only get one email with a shipping label and you ship in one package. If you got two separate emails with two separate shipping labels then you ship separately. Under the Menu there is an option called Sales. It will show you one line for each other, whether the order has 1 item or multiple. You can click on it and get more details about the items in each order!

@cerrah50 thank you! Yes most of these pictured have been previously ordered as custom orders. I can add various additional stones such as Opal or Labradorite. Prices vary a bit depending on design.. they all have rubies in them.. and I also sell these on Etsy. :) hope that helps :)

@cerrah50 yes the is the basic cost for each one here on Poshmark because they take such large % I only use high end vintage 15 jewel watches/movements so they all have several rubies thru out the design and I can add additional stones if youโd like :) Iโd be happy to make an elephant ๐ for you!! @cerrah50 I do have an Etsy shop and the price is a little less on there if you might want to check that out :) It takes me approximately two weeks (10-14 days) to have one created and ready to ship, I do always try to have a couple different designs completed on hand ready to ship,but they often go quickly.
