forgivenesstoo @kaila_schindler Hi Kaila, during closet clearout, which is only available Friday and Sunday for items put on sale. I believe the shipping discount varies depending on discount given. It would probably have been 8.99 instead of 13.99 for these boots. The boots have other offers now, which I have not accepted, as I am waiting for you to advise if you want them for 70.
