pat2dee Dear kailani, these are a size 11-12. In havaianas there are no whole sizes they only have double sizes. This is 11-12 that I sent you . The next size is 9-10. You left me a very poor review , and made it seem like I lied to you. Please check the havaiana website , this is size 12 that I sent you . Havaiana calls this their double sizing method . If you do not like the sandals please please send them back . I have sold 12 pairs of havaianas they are sooooo popular .
