betterstyle Hi, I am the seller who sold you the pink Stuad dress. Today I saw the shipping status and found out that the dress is on the way back to me because an incomplete address. I know the dress is still inside your local Post Office now. Here is the tracking number: 9405511109349567570737. You can go to your Post Office when it opens and show the desk clerk the tracking number and they will get it for you. You might want to look at the address that Poshmark provides to sellers.

betterstyle Hi, Thank you for getting back to me. Tuesday is fine. You need to have the tracking number with you at your local Post Office, the one you always use closest to you. You can go to " My Purchase" on Poshmark and you will see all the tracking info. It is the easiest way to get it from the PO. Poshmark doesn't allow redownloading shipping labels so I won't be able to resend it.

kaileyburke840 @betterstyle Okay my only concern is that there are multiple post office locations in Manhattan. Since it was sent to the wrong address I don’t know which one would be my “local”. Do you have that information?

betterstyle Hi, The best way to locate which is your local Post Office is to walk into one of them and ask a clerk whom you show your street address to if this is your local Post Office. This is what I did when I moved to a new city years ago and wasn't sure which Post Office was mine. If it is you can then show them the tracking number and retrieve your package. If it isn't they can look up which Post Office is the right one.

betterstyle Just make sure that you have the tracking number with you, that's very important. You can also use this number to do a google search and see all the information about delivery.

betterstyle Hi, A little drama on this dress. I went to the Post Office on Monday but the dress was not ready for pick up. I went there again but I was told the package is on the way back to you because some worker thought the package should be reshipped. So I think you should watch the tracking number tight. When the package is close to your area go to your local Post Office and reserve it to be held for you.

betterstyle The Post Office has the service where they will hold a package for you but you have to reserve it before they arrive. Give them the tracking number and they will do that for you. Please let me know how it works out for you.

betterstyle Hi, I got the package. You need to send a message to Poshmark and ask them to cancel your order. (we can't do it ourselves), it may take 2-3 days. After I receive the cancelation notice I will relist it at your offer price and then you can purchase it directly. Please let me know If you need any help.
