leilani1726 @kbrothstein hi, I just looked up Poshmark’s return policy. Unfortunately, neither of us can cancel the sale because I already shipped it out (for the first time ever I’m sorry for being such a quick shipper!)

leilani1726 @kbrothstein Since the sale cannot be canceled or refunded due to buying something that doesn’t fit (Poshmark’s policy), there’s no way I can cancel or refund the money when you receive it/accept the delivery. I’m so sorry. You are more than welcome to use my pictures in this listing to re-sell or re-list on here if that helps any.

leilani1726 @kbrothstein I just tried writing you a response regarding making an offline transaction and Poshmark popped up up a warning that I cannot do so. I’m sorry, I don’t know what else to do. Also, the mail carrier picked it up around noon today from my mailbox. Tracking numbers usually appear in the middle of the night. You will receive the notice of a tracking number from Poshmark once USPS processes it.

kbrothstein @leilani1726 you indicated that the shoes were mailed out the same day right away which is why you couldn’t cancel the sale yet usps has yet to scan in the package. Do you have a tracking number for me?

leilani1726 @kbrothstein I do not have a tracking number because USPS picked it up from my mailbox. They assign the tracking number once they scan it. It doesn’t normally take this long, & I don’t know why it is taking longer than usual. Please try to be patient. Poshmark will let you know what the tracking number is as soon as USPS assigns it. I do not have the package, or I would obviously have canceled the sale from the get go & just re-listed it. I mailed it out immediately after you purchased it.

leilani1726 @kbrothstein you will see a date stamp history of pickup and tracking once the tracking number is assigned that will verify that I mailed it when I said I did. I have an excellent shipping history.
