Veronica, you are so sweet. I appreciate you doing this. I have never sold anything on Poshmark and not sure how shipping fees work and do they get a percentage? Is there a way for me not to accept the purchase and just send back to you? I will give you a great review and keep you in mind for other purchases. If you could tell me the easiest way to do this please let me know. Is there any other form of contact one another?

Hello Kaitlin, before packaging it I did not see any stain at all, and I promise you that I would never sell a damage use dress, which this dress was use one time only from my teenage daughter the zipper has not been resew it is an original zipper how it come with the dress. I’m truly sorry that it’s not to your liking I have never had a return so I don’t know how I can help you,

I think when you make a purchase to who ever took your order maybe you can reach them and they can work with you because as of now they haven’t even release my earning. Therefore the money is still in their hands. If I receive the money from you. Then I can tell you to return the item to me and I will return the money to you. So now I’m really upset that I can’t help you to return it.

I’m so sorry, I saw the dress in good condition I even make sure and iron the dress. I don’t understand how I could miss seeing these stains, I will do what ever I can.
