modestcouture I sent you jeans and you are telling Poshmark it is not as described? Could you please explain the issue with me? I am at a loss?

kikienslow I felt like they were a completely different wash. I expected a dark wash. I am sorry. It just wasn't what I was hoping it was. Is there any way I could get a credit if I ship them back? I do love your shop and would look again

modestcouture @kikienslow I have never dealt with a situation like this before and so I am unsure how this works. I don't like that we can't even speak with a live person to help us resolve this matter so you get your money and I get my product. I wish I knew what to do. I did send exactly as described and so when I received the message I didn't understand.

kikienslow Will poshmark contact me directly? I know they havent released the payment to you yet adn I was hoping if I sent it back quickly you can get your product and my refund.

modestcouture @kikienslow You went to poshmark stating it is not as described so now you will have to prove to them that it isn't what I said in the description. Not sure how that works. Next time you should probably deal directly with the seller so they can go in and make the changes and you can get money and they can get product. Now I am unsure how they deal with the matter. Like I said I have never had someone dispute me on my description and there is no live person to speak to so I am at a loss

kikienslow I wasn't aware you could directly deal with the seller. I will be sure to do that. If I had known, I would have definitely dealt with you so that you could get your product back. I guess I will just have to wait to see what they say. If they dont agree, I there a way so I can ship the pants back directly to you?

modestcouture @kikienslow I honestly don't know. I guess see what they say and tell them what you need. It's terrible we can't speak to a live person because it causes much confusion when it's something as simple as a return. That is the downside to this sight I'm now seeing.
