belleandbeaux @kcroes Actually it is very simple. After a sale is made, PM will email you a mailing label. Print it out and put it on the box or envelope & get it to the post office. You can get free boxes from the Post Office or online from USPS.org. Make sure to use those that say priority mail but NOT flat rate. Once you do it a time or two it's very easy. ♥️🐝

mamahunt2021 @kcroes hello! Thanks for purchasing the black zipper rain boots! I just was getting ready to package and found that the zipper on one of the boots sticks, it definitely works- with some work (I found it to work best when zippering quickly) I just wanted to make sure you were Okay with that prior to shipping? If not I can cancel 😊 let me know!
