velenciad I purchased the dolce gabbana glasses from you. As of yesterday, it was still awaiting delivery as of 10pm est. Today it is stating the order was delivered on yesterday. I have not received anything and was home all day. Mind you as of 10 pm est last night the item was still awaiting delivery. If you can give me a tracking number for the item I’d greatly appreciate this. Most cases when someone orders, they are sent a tracking number. Why was this not the case here?

katielander @velenciad hi I am so sorry about this situation. I have your tracking number but it says it was delivered to my address which I do not understand since it was the prepaid Poshmark label. I shipped out two packages at the same time and so I am unsure which one belongs to your package and the same situation happened with that one as well. I will be going to the post office tomorrow to find out more info and after that I will update you along with your tracking number.

velenciad Thank you so much. I’ve been wrecking my brain trying to figure out how UPS got into my gated subdivision and not even the guards at the gate had any records of them coming in to deliver. Yes, as soon as you get this figured out bring me up to speed. Thanks again
