kaitlinnedza @ac3wags hello. I received the notification that it was returned due to being sent to an old address on my account. I tried to change it but the app wont let me. I have a ticket in to have tech support change the address. I am hoping I will have it done tomorrow but I will message you and let you know tomorrow if I get it figured out!

kaitlinnedza @ac3wags I was able to get my address updated so we should be good to go! Do they send you a new label? It should be an address starting with 623

ac3wags @kaitlinnedza if it’s okay with you I’m going to cancel the original order and post it again and that way it populates a new label. I tried to reprint shipping label on original order and it still says error with address so I think our best bet is to cancel that order and repost
