steelergirl815 @ktlynnxo19 I just wanted to let you know that I am going to send you some money back for the purse. It was literally never used, as you could see by the tags still on it. I pulled it out of a tote and sent it to you. I did not realize there were issues with it and didn't even think to inspect it since it was brand new. I apologize for the inconvenience.
