reutn Hi, I’m so sorry to hear there was a stain on the shorts :( I look over every item carefully and am always honest with any flaws I see. I wrote perfect condition cuz I didn’t see any flaws! Could it be I missed it? Can you send me a picture? How can I make it up to you? This is the first time this has happened and not sure how to resolve this Please let me know!

jordanv012 @street2stable hi Kaitlin, I just received the veil. While it is a beautiful, delicate veil in perfect condition, this is not the Toni Federici Pageant veil. I know this because I was a bridal consultant until recently. I carefully unwrapped the veil to take a look and there were a few obvious differences.

jordanv012 The pageant veil does not have rhinestones until halfway down the veil; this one started at the top. It also has larger round stones, much larger than on your veil. Lastly, there were no marquise stones, just round. I am so sorry, but I am going to need to return this veil for a full refund.
