rashellrhet Hi. You put purchased my boys North face jacket. When I was packing it up I noticed there is a small catch in the zipper. You might try a little Vaseline and see if that helps if it doesn’t please let me know and I will contact Poshmark about getting your money back or I would be happy to have you browse through my closet and pick out any other item for free and I will ship it for free. I apologize about the little snag I didn’t catch it when I posted the item.
