I'm not happy that you opened a case on me. If you don't withdraw it I will block you. I'm sorry but I am so fair with my clients and I stick to my word. I want everyone to be happy. I said I would replace it and I will! You're not a very nice person to react so quickly like I did it on purpose. I'm hurt and I do not need clients like this.

@pamelatda @pamelatda Mam, calm down please, I just did what Poshmark says to do I am new at this so I would appreciate you to not act like this you could have politely asked and I would. but if you continue to threaten to block me and continue to be rude for following the rules I can let Poshmark know of this misconduct and proceed to take other action. I would like my ava replaced before I order more please. I actually got my products for the same price where I've ordered them before they sold

@pamelatda out plus a buy one get one free and I have also worked at a salon and I do know that this is a watered down version of hd Ava. The price is the price regardless, you cannot use that against me. I opened the Case as the rules of Poshmark state to do because I did not know what else to do as I notified you as well (at the same time). I personally did not know

@pamelatda I will gladly order more but after I receive the correct product please I am a mother of three hence the children's clothes and don't have a lot of money for myself and I frankly would not like to have that $15 thrown away. So please apologize and let's start this over. As I would treat my customers I would expect to be treated as such case or not I would gladly please my customers.

Not to give myself excuses but I just sold my house and have no where to go with my 13 yr old- im searching for a rent.. I'm getting rid of all my products because it's too much to bring them. @pamelatda the one that needs the most clothes is my 2 year old boy that would be fantastic thank you I have him, my 4 soon to be 5 year old girl on June the 1st, and my fianceès brother that we adopted due to his mom meddling with things she shouldn't have I am 24 so I have my hands full hehe but when you tell me how to do that I'll be glad to!

I'll get your package out today. I'm not sure how to cancel an open case- maybe just send them an email saying you didn't mean to open a case because it got resolved and the Posher(me) replaced it.
Cases are usually opened if a Posher isn't fair and lying- they can get kicked off of here. :(. That's why I was so upset.

@pamelatda when I buy again next week I was going to see what your prices for tan extenders were and which ones you have and I have never tried designer skin due to alway using the hd line or a few from Australia gold like fierce d dense, satin d sol. which I loved those also! But I was hoping to see about trying one of those maybe too!

@tabookitty Hi Kaitlyn- I went out yesterday. I didn't send kids clothes becuz the postage was ridiculous. I wanted to send you a bunch of extras but it made the weight and price go way up. So if you purchase again from me I'll give you a lot of extras and some cute clothes :)) Posh is great with the labels- it's one cost but it can be as large or weigh whatever. .. hope you understand... you should get it by Tuesday- 😊
