kvigil23 @bagswalker yeah I commented on the case... I have another tube but I’m worried to ship if it’s just going to happen again... who knows how they keep the packages during transport. I hope poshmark is able to assist with the post office insurance, because I’m pretty sure all the packages should be insured with the cost of the shipping. Hopefully we can find out soon what do do next. Sorry for all this craziness..... hopefully we can get some info from Poshmark soon and figure out what to do!

bagswalker I noted that I do not think it was your fault at all. Yes, I’m in Texas, but it’s not hot at all right now- it’s cold and rainy. I could see it melting if it sat in the mailbox for a few hours in the summertime, for sure! Posh said they’d send me a return label if it was approved.

kvigil23 @bagswalker yeah I don’t know what happened... I would think they would put in a claim with the post office for the insurance... yeah hopefully they give us some feedback soon! The only thing I can think of it because of the cold weather in Colorado (where I am) that it could be near heat in the post office transportation truck or something.. we’ll see though what they want to do.

bagswalker @kvigil23 okay- so posh issued a refund- but that doesn’t help much, in my opinion- the lipstick is unusable- but still- now what? Do I have to pay to send it back to you? (That sounds cheap sounding, but you get what I’m saying?)

kvigil23 @bagswalker Oh god I hope not- I don’t think it needs to be shipped back- I believe that They’re considering it damaged in shipping. I don’t know why they would have you send it back. I would say it is ok to toss- I didn’t receive any further instructions. There’s insurance on the shipping for these reasons! 😊
