envy_boutique Hello. You purchased Liverpool pants from us and gave us a rating of four. As we take our rating very seriously, I would like to know what we could have done better. You noted the item was not clean, but it was freshly washed and in perfect shape when it left here. You also dinged is for shipping time, but we shipped the very next day, as the mail had already run by the time I got home. I am not really sure how we could have been any faster.
