ryder000 Hi! Hope you’re loving your new robe! Just wondering how I could improve your experience? I don’t see where you tried to contact me? I’m confused as to how I could improve my responsiveness. The robe was worn once for pictures & washed- it was spotless. It was wrapped in tissue with a note & tied with ribbon & shipped in a bubble mailer within 12 hrs. Our mail carriers don’t pick up at midnight ; ) I’m always looking to improve and welcome your concerns. Thanks!

ryder000 @kpoznanski88 ok good!! It showed that I received less stars because I could improve upon those things. So I just wanted to touch base with you because I didn’t understand. I’m new to Poshmark as well and want to make sure everyone’s happy. I couldn’t email you either- only comment here. So it’s kind of weird. Either way- I’m really glad you like it!!
