daysbyday Hi there. I’m so sorry to hear that your recent order wasn’t exactly up to par. I see that you’ve rated a 4/5 due to item cleanliness but a bit confused as this item was brand new with tags. Could you share a bit as to what might have happened here? I worry it might have been an issue that took place while in transit as I did check it prior to sending! Thanks!

kmcphee98 @daysbyday hey no worries at all! There were some scuff marks and dirty spots, should all come out with a wash so not a huge deal just figured it was something to point out, otherwise it's in great condition!
