Hi…can I have an update about the shipping of the dress. It says your average shipping time is 1 day but it’s been 6 days. Can you let me know something?

@raaraa80 hii! I dropped it off at the post office a few days ago so I am not sure why it hasn’t shipped yet! I will call them today when they open and check on it! I’m so sorry about that!

@raaraa80 I called the post office and they were able to locate the package! They believe it just got sorted wrong on top of all the delays they are experiencing but they did find it! I am so so sorry!!! This has never happened before so I am glad you reached out. The shipping info should update soon if it hasn’t already.. I hope you enjoy the dress! :)
