I have no control over how long Canada Post takes and apparently they said they left it at your door and you didn’t receive it .

The rating reflects the service I provided . Not Canada post .
Canada post is backed up and packages are taking longer in general for everyone , i can’t control how long it took to get to you , I mailed it out within 4 hours .
