judm Hi, I mailed you the LL Bean infant 3-6m bunting and the mail service returned it back to be saying, “ Return to Sender; Unable to Forward.”

specialk777 Hi @judm. Thank you for following up with me on this package. We never received it here. One of the last status updates I saw on Poshmark said “missent” but I can’t see any status updates anymore on my end. You’d have more information than me if the package had tracking. Perhaps you sent it to the wrong address? I’ve checked on my end, and my address on my Poshmark account is correct. Would you mind checking the address and resending?

specialk777 @judm Was there a typo in the address on the package, then? Or did you get any more information from the tracking number? Thank you for not posting our family’s home address here. Whatever you see in Poshmark as my address should be correct, because I see it’s correct on my end. But I’m wondering when you compare the address you see for me on Poshmark to the address on the package itself, if there is an error in the address.

judm @specialk777 I printed and used the prepaid Shipping Label provided by Poshmark that includes your mailing address and my return address. What if I mail it again and you don’t receive and they don’t send it back to me. I am contacting Poshmark this week to let them know about this issue and to ask them to reimburse you for an item that you never received. This is too much of a hassle on my end. I am already not happy that I sold the item for 50% off of what I was originally asking.

judm @specialk777 I contacted Poshmark via their Customer Support Center and described our issue and asked them to refund you the $12. You may want to contact them as well to insure this is done on their part.
